Arts and Crafts at the Derbyshire Food Festival

Over the past 6 years the Crafts section of the Derbyshire Food & Drink Fair has become an integral part of the show.  The 2010 show promises to be better than ever and continues to promote traditional and contemporary Derbyshire artists to a wide audience.

For 2010 there will be over 20 Derbyshire artists exhibiting their wares ranging from traditional crafts to contemporary art.

On the grounds of Kedleston, there will be crafts demonstrators showing their skills and sharing ideas with the public.

Visitors to the show will also have the opportunity to try the traditional Derbyshire art of Well Dressing.
Entertainment at the 2010 Derbyshire Food & Drink Fair will include live music from local bands, workshops and street theatre.  Back for the second year by popular demand will be the Children’s Activity Area with a wide range of activities including healthy eating workshops, competitions, smoothie making and face painting.
